Concrete Driveway Installation Sandy Springs | Atlanta, Roswell & Dunwoody

Installing Concrete Driveway Benefits

• When built using the right base and reinforcement, they will last for 25–30 years with minimal maintenance.
• The daily vehicle weight is handled without cracking in contrast to driveways.
• You can choose decorative finishes like stamped, colored, and exposed aggregate.
• Using proper drainage to prevent standing water and erosion issues around your home
• A clean, durable finished surface increases curb appeal and property value.

Our Approach

1. We evaluate your current driveway or vacant land and talk to you about finish and design options.
2. We dig deep until we reach a stable surface and surround this area with a drain for drainage away from your home.
3. A thick gravel base that will not shift under the weight of vehicles but instead add support.
4. To help resist cracking as Georgia’s clay soil shifts underneath the slab, rebar or wire mesh reinforcement placement is done.
5. The concrete is poured, leveled, and finished broom, stamped, exposed aggregate, or whatever you would like.
6. Control joints are cut to the surface at set intervals to limit cracking, and curing will take place for a proper amount of time before the driveway is used.
