The startup of any excavation is preceded by a full site evaluation that checks existing drainage patterns and grading. In commercial lots with poorly designed drainage systems, standing water ends up being one of the most common and damaging problems. In this case, it is necessary to have a thick, well-compacted stone base as parking lots are subject to heavy loads repeatedly day after day rather than just a few cars at a time as is the case in residential paving. We strengthen the base and control the thickness of the surface based on the anticipated traffic, since a lot designed for cars alone will not hold up under regular delivery trucks.

After we finish paving the lot, we typically perform parking space and ADA striping as warranted along with curb installation to outline the lot and control water run-off.  If you are a property owner with existing lots, we also offer parking lot repair services. These repairs include fixing potholes, sealing cracks, repairing drainage, and more before they become bigger, more expensive problems.

How we work
