Foundation Repair Sandy Springs | Atlanta, Roswell & Dunwoody

Benefits of Foundation Repair

• Safeguards your home’s structure before tiny fissures transform into serious costly problems.
• Repairs the real issue rather than only the crack itself, whether it’s soil movement, drainage or settlement.
• It stops ongoing movement from causing expensive secondary damage to interior walls, doors, windows, and floors.
• By eliminating foundation problems, your home's resale value is preserved, as these are the strongest buyer red flags.
• Our honest inspections mean you’re safe to plan on you not having a serious problem if that’s what we say.

Our Procedure

1. We evaluate the patterns of cracks, examine adjacent windows and doors for functionality or misfit, and check the drainage system around the house.
2. We check to see if the reason for the issue is soil movement, drainage fault or settlement, before making a repair recommendation.
3. For smaller cracks, we use epoxy injection to fill the crack completely, restoring the strength of the wall and not just a patch on the surface.
4. In settlement repair, steel piers are driven to stable soil to lift and stabilize the affected area.
5. To halt the movement of bowing walls, we install wall anchors or bracing to pull the wall back toward plumb.
6. We deal with drainage around the house in the repair because fixing a crack without fixing the water issue behind it means the same crack often reappears.
7. We will explain what we did and what you should look out for once we leave the job.
