Swimming Pool Construction Sandy Springs | Atlanta, Roswell & Dunwoody

Swimming Pool Construction benefits

• Management through final walkthrough with one team working on the project from design process.
• From the beginning, we designed plumbing and construction to adapt to additional features such as tanning ledges, spas, and water features.
• We do private backyard pools as well as commercial pools.
• The same team is involved in quality control at all stages of construction.
• The timelines and pricing information would be communicated upfront.

How We Work

1. We will clear the ground on site and excavate for the pool according to your design.
2. Plumbing and electrical lines are rough-in installed before the pool shell is built.
3. Curing time for the gunite shell to cure is given after it has been sprayed and shaped before the finish work commences.
4. The pool has been plastered, and the waterline tile and coping are complete.
5. All other pumps, filters, heaters and any automation systems are also installed and tested.
6. The project is complete except for a final walkthrough with you, after which we fill the pool and balance the water chemistry.
