A telltale sign of a slab issue isn’t so much a crack in the foundation, but rather, an issue with the ground under your home that is usually undetectable. This indicates that the slab beneath has either shifted or settled in an uneven manner.

At times concrete leveling strategies can correct for minor settling and raise a sunken section back into place. Usually calling for piers to be installed round the perimeter or underneath slab, driven down to a more stable soil to stop further movement and where possible, lift the slab back toward level.
