Retaining Wall Repair Sandy Springs | Atlanta, Roswell & Dunwoody

Retaining Wall Repair Benefits

• You stop a small lean or crack from turning into a full wall failure that costs far more to fix.
• It is quicker and cheaper than full replacement but the damage cannot be neglected.
• Addresses the underlying issue, often water pressure or a defective footing, rather than just surface-level damage.
• It safeguards all the structures and property behind and above the wall like patios, driveways, landscaping, and everything else.
• With an appropriate repair, the life of a wall can be increased for years or decades.

How We Work

1. We examine the whole wall and not just the problem area, as one weak area will reveal others are under the same stress.
2. Our evaluation will determine if the fault is due to drainage failure, footing movement, or normal settling before a recommendation for this issue is made.
3. We describe our findings and suggest the appropriate repair, from a minor patch to a partial rebuild.
4. When pressure from the water caused the troubles, we add the drainage pipe and gravel backfill behind the wall.
5. We fix the damaged area using the same materials and finishes as the other walls.
6. We’re saying the wall is stable and we walk you through what to look for going forward.
